FILM DISTRIBUTOR:
Our Independent Film Channel provides an outlet for you to display your work via the web so in essence we are considered to be an internet film distributor. As an internet film distributor Windy City TV, Inc. can distribute your movie via the web allowing visitors to view your tv show, can broacast their works via the web on our independent film channel. We broadcast 24hr, LIVE & On-Demand. Take advantage of our film distributor services by utilizing our free internet tv independent film channel to operate your own business.

Another option is to broadcast a LIVE internet tv show from our location. Now you can do what you enjoy doing the most, have total control over your show, make money and have it aired to the entire world on our independent film channel and make profits from the advertisers you bring in without giving up your rights.

INDEPENDENT FILM CHANNEL:
Do you have a tv or movie project no one knows about? Have you submitted your show to the majors, but had no luck because they have so many tapes that your masterpiece got lost in the shuffle. Maybe you've tried broadcasting on a public access channel but couldn't get any air time because of the waiting list and couldn't make money from advertising because it's a non-profit organization. Whatever your reason, Windy City TV, Inc. has an alternative solution that will give your project world wide exposure without the hassles.

Add your tv show to our Independent Film Channel. That's right, anyone, at any time of the day can tune in and watch your show. There are a number of ways you can get your project aired on our independent film channel.

(1). FREE MEMBER:
Submit your tv show to our P.O. Box. Fax over a signed release granting us the right to air your project and we'll add it to our Independent Film Channel and On-Demand TV sections for free. (It's free only to members not looking to solicit advertisers to run commercials before, during and after their shows. No guaranteed air times on the 24hr Broadcasting Station but tv show will be added to our On-Demand Internet TV section for 24hr access by anyone who wants to view it). Show must also be approved by WCITV before it's added to the station.

(2). BUSINESS MEMBER (PRERECORDED SHOWS - 1 MINUTE - 1 HOUR SHOWS ONLY):
Make money by soliciting your own advertisers to advertise during, before and after your tv show.

One-time $150.00 setup fee, plus $5 per month Storage and Bandwidth Usage fee for one movie only (All fees are waived for FREE Members only).
Additional movies will be charged a one-time encoding (preparing your show for the internet) fee of $35.00 for each movie, plus $5.00 per month for Storage and Bandwidth Usage for each movie. We will provide links and the movie code to your movie so that you can add the movie to your own website or add links in newsletters directing people to your movie.

Any advertisers you get to advertise during your show to be aired across Windy City TV, Inc.'s airways, Windy City TV, Inc. receives 20% of those add dollars received and you receive 80%. Fill out a contract that grants us the right to air your show on our Independent Film Channel.

Submit your show on DVD to Windy City TV, Inc., P.O. Box 1868, Bolingbrook, IL 60440. and we'll add it to our 24hr Independent Film Channel and On-Demand TV sections.

If you cannot provide your show on DVD, please submit it on a Mini DV tape. You will be charged a one-time $35.00 fee to capture your movie off of your tape and a one-time $35.00 charge to encode your movie. (All fees are waived for FREE Members only)

Windy City TV, Inc. will provide links for you to embed in your own webpage or newsletters directing your viewers directly to your movie.

If you would not like to have your movies/shows aired on Windy City TV but would like to have your own individual channel television station with shows airing only on your own website instead of a one-time $150.00 setup fee your setup fee will be $300.00. You will not have to pay any advertising commission splits. You will keep 100% of any sponsor/advertising dollars you bring in. To maintain a separate channel for your website which will include Dial up, DSL/Cable and T1 viewers, plus your monthly Storage and Bandwidth usage fee will cost $10.00 per month for each movie.

If you're providing movies that are already encoded per our specs you will only pay $35.00 handling and upload for each movie.

(3). MOVIE MAKERS (FULL LENGTH MOVIES UP TO 2 HOURS IN LENGTH - PAY-PER-VIEW!):
Make money off of your movie on a pay-per-view basis. We will charge a viewing fee of $3.98 per viewer. You will not be charged a storage fee or bandwidth usage. Windy City TV, Inc. will receive 50% and you will receive 50% from all viewers that view your movie. This movie will be added to a pay-per-view section only and not to the Independent Film Channel or On-Demand TV section.
